Nature of Digital Goods
Budhha Beats Digital offers purely digital distribution services, release support, and digital asset management. We do not manufacture, package, ship, or physically deliver any physical goods (such as CDs, vinyl, or merch) unless explicitly stated. Therefore, traditional physical shipping terms, shipping fees, custom charges, and physical return policies do not apply to our core distribution offerings.
Digital Delivery Timelines
We take pride in our rapid processing capabilities. From the moment you upload and submit a track for release, you can expect the following delivery schedule:
- Internal Quality Check (QC): Within 24 to 48 hours of your submission, our team reviews the audio and metadata for platform compliance.
- Distribution to DSPs (Digital Service Providers): Once approved, the content is digitally "shipped" to our partner network (Spotify, Apple Music, JioSaavn, Wynk, YouTube, etc.).
- Go-Live Time: Tracks typically become active and playable on major streaming platforms within 2 to 5 business days depending on the individual store's ingestion queue.
- CRBT / Caller Tunes: Caller tune services may require additional processing time for network carrier approvals, typically taking 5 to 10 business days.
Geographical Limitations
As a digital distributor, we provide global reach without imposing shipping boundaries. We distribute your content to platforms accessible in over 200 countries and territories worldwide. The availability of your music may only be limited by specific Digital Service Providers operating within certain regions or specific political sanctions that affect digital platforms.
Communication & Tracking
Since we do not use physical couriers, there are no tracking numbers. Instead, we offer complete transparency through your dashboard:
- Actionable Statuses: Your release will move through real-time statuses (e.g., QC Pending, Processing, Delivered, Live).
- Email Notifications: You will receive automated email alerts as your content successfully clears the Quality Check and gets delivered to stores.
- Direct Links: Upon going live, you will be provided with smart links to view and share your live tracks directly with your fans.
Issues & Delays
Occasionally, digital delivery can be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Metadata Errors: If you supply incorrect artist names or non-compliant cover art, the QC team will reject the upload, requiring you to make alterations.
- Store Ingestion Backlogs: During heavy holiday seasons or specific update windows, DSPs may experience temporary delays in pushing new content live.
